We have lived here for over six years and we have watched this place explode! Ofcourse just like the rest of the country we have slowed way down and we are actually losing people but... after many years of 4 wards sharing one small building and driving to Vegas because we are a part of their stake we are getting our own Stake Center! It had been rumored for a long time but has now finally happened. It is suppose to be done at the end of 2010 and they are hoping to make us our own stake at that time as well. It is almost unbelievable.
Joe and Taylor went to the ground breaking and got to turn some dirt over. Joe was just going to go by himself but Taylor broke down in tears saying that he wanted to be able to say that he was at the groundbreaking when he gets older. Heaven forbid we deny him that. They had a great time.

Wow! That is so exciting! I know that it was always "rumored that it was going o happen soon" when we were there and that was over three years ago. That is aawesome. Where's it located?
